Index signatures

The index (course book) signature policies

The Chairman of the department will validate the semester of the students based on the recommendation of the teacher of the practical course (except Eph Basic Immunology). For this purpose the index book will be signed after the exam, no pre-exam signing is needed. The students can check the validity of the semester in the Neptun from the beginning of the exam period.

After the exam the signed indexes can be picked up by the students on weekdays between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. in Room 623 or 608 (NET building 6th floor). (This is restricted during the holiday season.) On the written exam the teacher announces when the results will be published in the Neptune and from when the signed index books will be available, please, listen to this carefully and follow the instructions!

Students bringing the index book for registering the exam mark individually may leave the booklet in Room 623 (6th floor) during office hours (generally 9 a.m - 3 p.m.) and the index book will be signed in one workday.
