Characterization of signal transduction in hormonal imprinting of unicellular models
Characterization of the chemotactic behaviour and structurefunction reléationships in SXWS tetrapeptide family, specifically in the case of SEWS peptide
Characterization of chemotactic abilities of vasoactive peptide families (ET, ANP, ADM) in models representing low level of phylogeny.
Description of theoretical and practical advantages of "chemotactic selection"
Detection of endothelin-1 and melatonin in unicellular model Tetrahymena pyriformis
  • Practical:
Application of microwave fixation to unicellular organizms and its utilization to detect cyclic nucleotides in immunocytochemical techniques
Development of "Double-P" chemotaxis chamber and development of a multi-channel, high precision capillary chemotaxis assay
Co-workership in the development of Biomorph 1.1 PC-DOS based program for computerassisted morphometry of cells and organelles
Development of a new computer-based swimming-behaviour analysis system for free swimming model cells
